Returning to ourselves through the nourishment of community, breath awareness, deep and delicious yoga practice, and meditative quiet, we are filled with the grace that this practice provides in order to see the truth of Who we really are. Two early morning meditations, four ecstatic yoga practices, a night of delighted singing to the divine One, and a deep dive into your divine nature will leave you ready to manifest the light from within your heart into your beautiful life.

Lisa Mae Osborn woke up to yoga and its transformational powers seventeen years ago and hasn’t looked back. With a great love and respect for the path of Bhakti (devotional) yoga, she inspires other truthseekers to open to their hearts and minds in ways they never thought possible, through their own unique expression. She is the co-owner of the beautiful and vibrant yoga studio, The Bhaktishop, in Portland, with her awesome partner, Diana Hulet.
